What is your shipping policy?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process orders and 3-5 business days to receive shipment. All orders will receive tracking numbers via email for shipping updates and delivered by USPS.


What is your refund policy?

All sales are FINAL. If your package was received damaged, please email a photo of damaged product along with a picture of the shipping label to our email address: bougiecandlebar@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours! Please note that you have 3 days after your package was received to notify us.


When do you ship items out?

Due to high temperatures, we ship all order Monday through Wednesday. If your order is placed on a Thursday, that order will not be shipped out until Monday. We do this to ensure packages are not sitting over the weekend with postal carriers due to wax melting points.


What makes Bougie Candle Bar different?

All of our products are made by hand and in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Our mission is to make and share products that are made with a luxury feel for an affordable price.


What is the burn time?

Our 6 oz candles burn up to 35 hours and our 9 oz candles burn up to 55 hours. Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

What should I know about Wax Melts?

To prevent fire or injury, remove packaging before use. Use only in tealights warmers or electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do NOT add water, Do NOT melt on stove top or in non-approved appliances. Use ONLY in well ventilated areas away from flammable materials. Discontinue use if dish contains less than 1/2” of wax.



How to use a reed diffuser?

Remove clear cap by unscrewing the top. Place the top back on. Insert the desired amount of reeds, we suggest starting with 3 reeds. Place in the desired location and await the oil to move up the reeds, time is dependent on fragrance oil thickness. For increased fragrance throw, flip reeds (with caution) every few days.


Why is there wet spots in my candle?

Wet spots or air bubbles in candles are normal. It is caused by temperature difference during the cooling process. Also caused by climate changes during shipping process. This will not affect the way your candle burns.
